Hello there,

 

I plan to buy Charge HR and please can someone advise if this would sync with my phone ( Samsung Galaxy A5 ). I couldnt see this in the supported devices list, but below are the specs of the phone, which are good to sync? Please advise

 

- OS- Lollipop 5.0.2

- Bluetooth -  V4.0, A2DP, EDR, LE

My Ionic was syncing without any problems, connectinb via bluetooth all good....UNTILL i installed the fitbit android app on ANOTHER android device...ha d the Data Not Cleared Syn again for days..you have unpair IONIC on ALL DEVICES, uninstall Fitbit app on ALL Devices, RESET FITBIT via button combination WHILE ON FITBIT CHARGER, reinstall FITBIT android app...you may have to delete IONIC from Fitbit app and re detect IONIC ...
