When is the Fitbit Versa Lite going to be compatible with my Samsung Note 10 plus?! I'm very disappointed!

Let me share with you that we are always striving to improve the Fitbit experience with our products and services, therefore, we test and evaluate different mobile devices to make sure that they meet all the necessary requirements to be used with our products. That being said, my best advise will be to keep your Android and Fitbit app up to date and periodically check our compatibility list for any update regarding this specific mobile device.

Do we have an update on this issue? I plan to get the galaxy note 10+ soon and would like to get the Fitbit Versa 2 but only if they are compatible. The compatibility list has not been updated yet.

My Versa won't connect to the GPS Note 10+ to start a walk etc. It works fine with my Note 8.
It's a real pain.
All fixed! Works fine.

Good to know! I called Fitbit customer service last night and they said they should be testing the new phones soon (note 10, new iPhone, and new pixel) once they are all released. Hopefully a solution is figured out soon. I may hold off on buying the watch until it is.

So I just unpaired the Versa and then re-paired it. It now connects to the GPS. I don't need to go for a walk now, hope it still works later!

Hi, I have a note 10 plus and a versa 2. Other than the problems most of us had a couple of week ago all is working very well with one exception. When i use the Fitbit phone app to log into my amazon account it will not connect. Its a Fitbit issue I think as Spotify connects fine as do my scales. Also the watch receives notifications and emails and the weather. Its just the Amazon problem, I do have skills enabled and the accounts linked. So any ideas? Must say I am pleased with the Versa 2.

They told me the same thing about the Galaxy Note 8 being compatible with the Ionic 2 years ago. They still have never made it compatible. I wouldn't get your hopes up that they will. I would hold off on buying any of their watches until you see it on the list. They told me over and over and over that they were testing the Note 8, nope never did. I've had nothing but problems with my watch and my phone. Every time I contact Customer Support their answer is, "your phone isn't compatible."

I just got the versa 2 and I gave a note 10 plus.. how did toy get spotify to work on watch..I can't get it to connect by bluetooth.. it only pairs

I just spent over 2 hours on the phone with support, and they had me do all these different things to get my Versa Lite to connect to my Note 10+ after the firmware update that was on the app (and told me to do) didn't work. I can no longer sync my versa lite to my phone, and it doesn'teven work not even just as a watch. After trying the same troubleshooting steps 4x they told me my phone wasn't compatible, which at the beginning of the conversation they asked what kind of phone I had. But the watch worked just fine before the update happened. I should have never updated it. And then they said that they do not have a timeframe for when the Note 10+ would be compatible. She then told me to try a different phone, but what good does that do me if it's not on my own devise? By far the worst customer service I've had and terrible business plan to release devices that you haven't tested on compatible devices. I will never again purchase a fitbit nor recommend it.

Very annoying 😞 Guess I'll have to return the fitbit. *shrugs* wish I knew that beforehand.

I just got my phone yesterday. So, I'm presuming all application information is up to date since it was downloaded today.
I have done all phone updates etc when you first turn your phone on. It still saying that is unavailable.

Is it the app that is showing unavailable for the phone? We have it installed on 2 Note 10+ phones.
I would contact support. They helped me.
