When is the Fitbit Versa Lite going to be compatible with my Samsung Note 10 plus?! I'm very disappointed!

Just a word of hope for note 10 plus users, after initial problems that may android phone users suffered my note 10 has ALL functions, and has worked for past monthly only having one issue when FitBit server was down.

Hey! I've purchased the fitbit versa 2 and I'm receiving it this week. I have a galaxy note 10 and I really hope it works with my device. Reading that some of you could use the mobile with the watch is great!

I finally could get mine connectes again but only I'd I conned it to my laptop first then switch to my Note 10+. However I do not receive any notifications to my Versa Lite. So as far as I'm concerned still doesn't work and will still be switching out of a fitbit if it doesn't change by the end of the year. Glad support has helped everyone else, but every message I receive from them is that the Note 10+ is not on their list of compatible phones so they cannot guarantee the watch will work to its full potential, even though it worked great before the update.

I have to restart my Ionic every day or so. It will randomly stop syncing. I kept my Pixel in silent (not even vibrating), but I've had to turn that on on my Note because I keep missing calls and texts. There are worse things than having my phone vibrate, but I really wish I could stop restarting my watch so often.

If you have followed the instructions that came with the Fitbit (maybe restart it, and the Bluetooth on the phone as well) and it still doesn't show up in the Bluetooth list, I would contact support.

Are there any updates to this issue. I just got an S10 and sadly cannot connect my Versa Lite. I tried everything, restarting both devices, re-installing the app and turning off/on my bluetooth. My Fitbit is useless if I can't connect it to the app. The campatibilty list includes the S10 so what's up?

Vesra and note 10+ work just fine for me.

I had to power cycle my versa a couple time but it works. I didn't even have to contact customer care

It really sucks too, we just got note 10s and our fitbits no longer work.. so they were a waste of money now.. our whole family.. 7 of us.. Awesome how technologies continue to screw us over and rob us of or money 150 a pop. Im just very dissatisfied with how this is all working out..

Really? All 7 of your Fitbit a don't work with any of your 7 Note 10 phones?

Maybe they are old fitbits? Our 2 Versas work just fine with our 2 Note 10+ phones, including offering us the smart alarm feature now!

I would contact Fitbit support if your devices are newish. They didn't fob us off saying the phone is not supported. They got us up and running quickly and efficiently.

I had to connect mine to my computer a few weeks ago after the last update because it wouldn't work with my Note 10+. I finally got it to connect agian to my phone after about 2 weeks of not working. Fitbit insisted I get a new phone because they didn't know when they would be compatible. I absolutely will not be doing the new update. And when this watch dies totally I will be switching to the Samsung watch. @Natecotton If you are still within 45 days you can return the watches.

Hi @Elliekennard I'm glad it works for yours. But it definitely DOES NOT work for the rest of us. What Fitbit device do you have? Lite or Versa 2?

Ok, after much initial trouble my note 10 plus now runs all fitbit versa 2 features. The Alexa app took the longest to work. Yes, I do have some lig in issues at times but that is all. I do know that the app and Veesa do need a long list of permissions. But I assure you it will work. Oh, no help from support desk all tips from here and on line and much trial and error. Good luck.
