According to the compatibility list the samsung note 10 isnt listed as a device compatible. But I tried a samsung 10 which says its compatible and the update still doesnt work. Customer care doesnt seem to know either as they told me, "I SHOULD be okay" .. its frustrating.
From what I can find online, no. They sync fine, the firmware update is the issue I'm having. I've tried an iphone, and a samsung 10 plus. Neither work on the update. Customer care suggested I try another device after trying 3 different devices.
If you look for my earlier posts had big issues at the start with note 10 plus. Now all is running ok anyway has some sync issues sometimes but a restart seems to solve the problem. Alex was more difficult needed lots of permissions to get it going.
I still cannot get notifications on my note 10+. They are still claiming it is not a compatible device. Some features work, others do not. I still be getting a Galaxy watch.
Until three days ago all my functions were working on note 10. The I had to download the new fitbit phone app and i lost all Amazon features. Cant even log into my amazon account on the phone app. Last time this lased about a month then on the next release it worked. Might have to load 3.5 again.
