Compatibility with Samsung Galaxy Note 10

When is the Fitbit Versa Lite going to be compatible with my Samsung Note 10 plus?! I'm very disappointed!

I receive messages on my phone however I don't receive notifications on my

The Galaxy s10+ is on the list and that phone has the same operating system as the note10+ 

I have the charge 3. It worked fine with my noye10+ then after a month it stopped receiving text messages. I have been back and forth with fitbit over the compatibility issue. My friend has an s10+ (which Is on the compatibility list) I added my fitbit charge 3 to her phone deleted off of mine and didn't work. They had me do so many things to make it work and still nothing. The latest thing they told me is they are trying to fix

this problem. So now what, I ask myself.

I definitely know your frustrations. Download the Google message app.
Ever since I switched my messaging app my watch works fine.

I have the same issues. It was working fine until I did the firmware update.   And now I dont get text messages. not can get group me messages  and messenger

So perfect  I was having endless trouble receiving my text on my versa2 but downloaded the google messing app  FIXED!! so happy now its perfect

So you're  telling me, when you get a notification on your phone from a text, it sends it to your fitbit versa? Because mine has not in months. Also when you go to fitbit and check the compatibility devices, the samsung galaxy note 10 plus is not on that list. My fitbit is basically used as a watch at this point that counts my steps.

I dont get text messages , but I do get them from Facebook messagner. And
emails

Maybe try checking your settings. 

It works for 2 Note 10 Plus phones and Versa 1 watches. Has done for months. In fact since we got the phones.

But we don't use the standard text messaging app, we use the Google messages one - both are called Messages which is confusing.

Put it on a phone that's older and then do the update, after that put it
back on your new phone, log into fitbit and pair, do not do the update on
your note 10

Yeah, I have a note 10+ and a versa adbe it no longer Works either .

Yes mine didn't Ethier it only worked when I downloaded Google messaging
app and used it as my default for messages. Then go on the fit bit app turn
on notifications for the new Google messaging app. Good luck

Fit bit sucks. Ionic is not compatible with note 10 plus so a waste off 275 dollars

For goodness sake! It's perfectly compatible with our 2 Note 10+.

Just figure out why it isn't working on yours. There are plenty of suggestions on here

I finally got mine to work. I did not use google messaging. But I did go into the google messaging and allow it to read my messages and whatnot. So maybe that did it.but I still have my regular default message center. I started getting notifications right after I messed with it.
