Compatibility with Samsung Galaxy Note 10

When is the Fitbit Versa Lite going to be compatible with my Samsung Note 10 plus?! I'm very disappointed!

I got email from fitbit today saying they are sorry it's not compatible

Upon checking our resources, we were able to confirm mobile device: Galaxy
Note 10 isn't on our list of compatible devices
. We confirmed
that the devices on this list are fully compatible with all features of
Fitbit devices and the Fitbit app.

Hi, Ellie.  

I have have the note 10 and I have found that everything works and the GPS connects; however, the GPS is incorrect.  I also use Nike run and it's accurate. For example, a 3 miles run on my fitbit will say that I had 3.78, it's extremely overstated.

I did the update on the app. Now my fitbit versa lite doesn't work w my note 10+ , did until that update

Contact app support or fitbit  support? Fitbit tech support is no help. I spent 2 days doing all they asked me to do and nothing works anymore. Fitbit scrolls " to start, download fitbit app " . They told me to buy another fitbit. Wth
