Hello, FitBit community. The other day I found my fitbit as of it being lost for about 1 year or so. I re-downloaded the app on my Galaxy Tab A (2017 Model.) I was going to sync up my google hangouts to my Alta so I could see when someone texted or called me, so I looked on the forums for something to help me figure out how to do so. I found a post with the question I wanted to be answered and got reading. I read all of the replies and everything, but then it said you have to have a compatible device. When I was looking at the list of compatible device I saw all the IPads so I thought for sure that my Galaxy Tab A would be on the list. I searched Galaxy Tab A 2017 and nothing showed up but a few other galaxy tablets. I was wondering if you could make the Galaxy Tab A compatible because I don't have a phone so it's not like I could sync it up with a phone. Any feedback would be a great help.

Hi @CallistaA. It's great to see you on board! I'm sorry for my delayed response.
Thanks for sharing your tablet's model, as well for checking more details about its compatibility in the Fitbit app. I see your point of view as I understand that you'd like to take a full advantage of your Alta. Our team is working hard to add as many devices as they can and while there isn't a time frame when your model will be part of this list, your feedback will be passed to our team as this will helps us to keep improving. You can also submit a suggestion to add this model in the Feature Suggestions board so others can show their support by commenting and voting for it. Be sure to read the FAQ if there are any questions on how that board works.
Hope to see you around!

Just wondering has there been any update on the Samsung Galaxy Tab A to be added to the list. Is there any way to sync the versa 2 to it. Please help. I’ve tried everything. I may lose my mind. As if lockdown is not hard enough.
