Noticed it was taking forever to sync my fitbit to my new phone and ended up checking that Redmi Note 3 is not on the compatible phone list

Any idea when it is going to be added as a compatible phone?

 

I own the Fitbit blaze and changed phones from Nexus 5x to the note 3 a couple of days ago

Redmi Note 3 is not in the list of acceptable sync products but it was working... It stopped working on September 4th 2017 after MIUI update... Please help.

Been over 2 years since your post and the Xiami Redmi Note 3 is still not on the list of compatible devices... 

Is the team still working on it? Unable to get notifications on my Redmi Note 3 nor on my wife's Redmi 4a.

I have the latest fitbit software, have tried the restarting, clearing cache, force stop, etc numerous times and still no joy. 

I'm now convinced it is a compatability issue. Very sad 😞
