Is the Charge HR compatible with my Samsung Galaxy S7 ACTIVE? I bought the "Alta" only to learn it would only sync to the Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge.

The S7 Active is not showing on the list of compatible devices at www.fitbit.com/devices meaning that it may well be a problem for the Charge HR too (or any other fitbit)

 

If a phone isn't on the list it means that fitbit have not proven it to work, not that it definitely won't work. But given your experience with the Alta I would say the odds are it won't work with the Charge HR

Hi @KLCMG Did the Alta just not sync at all with your Samsung?
What did you check to try to sync it ?
