When was the last time an android device added to the list of those officially recognised as compatible and how many of those devices are still on the market?

It looks like Samsung, Huawei, Oneplus and other owners of newish phones are all being led up the garden path by fitbit. 

Has anyone out there bought a device that is listed as compatible in the last year?

If by some strange quirk of fate you managed to perform this miracle was it achieved by acquiring old stock?

I think fibbit are not interested in losing their get out of jail free card. Why fix their app when they can blame your phones?
