Hi @NinaSue12 and welcome to the forums. You don’t say which Fitbit device you have but I searched the apps available for my Versa and qantas is not listed. You should contact their customer support to see if they can offer any help.
Best AnswerHi @Camelotte. I searched thru the Help pages for the Charge 3 and this is what I found. It sounds like you already did what they instructed ... go to the MyFitnessPal page, login and connect to Fitbit from there. The only other thing I can suggest is to contact MyFitnessPal directly since it is their app. I found this link to their Customer Support. Hope it helps.
