Im trying to link my fitbit with my qantas app so my steps will go to my qantas apps but the compatible apps menu will not let me go into it (does not do anything when I click on it)

Hi @NinaSue12 and welcome to the forums. You don’t say which Fitbit device you have but I searched the apps available for my Versa and qantas is not listed. You should contact their customer support to see if they can offer any help.

I having the same problem. I have a charge 3 and I'm trying to connect to unforeseen but it won't connect through that app and when I try to open my compatible apps menu in Fitbit it won't open.

Hi @Camelotte. I searched thru the Help pages for the Charge 3 and this is what I found. It sounds like you already did what they instructed ... go to the MyFitnessPal page, login and connect to Fitbit from there. The only other thing I can suggest is to contact MyFitnessPal directly since it is their app. I found this link to their Customer Support. Hope it helps.
