So I have been using this app just for a couple days now. For a walk I should be burning 200 calories for 2 miles. My Fitbit says I burned over 1000 calories. I’m 170ish pounds and 57ish inches tall. I heard About how Fitbit tracks calories your body burns automatically. I just want clarification because I’m not sure. My Fitbit said I burned around 2000 calories yesterday and I consumed around 1000 calories yesterday. Does this mean I lost weight?
