Connect to Bitmoji "preparing to teleport"

I cannot get my fitbit to connect to bitmoji. I have tried restarting everything. I have let it sit for almost an hour and all it says is preparing to teleport. I have an android and the fitbit sense. Any help in getting them to connect?

I appreciate you taking the time to explain your situation. I have seen this reported already. This is a general issue. It has been reported already and Fitbit is working on a solution. I appreciate your patience.

Is there a time estimate on this?  It's very frustrating to not be able to use it.  I used to use it on my Versa and I miss it very much on my Sense.
