Customer support isn't supporting the product. They keep asking me to do the same thing over and over while getting the same result. Why hasn't fitbit acknowledged major issue with android platform? Connected GPS is no where near accurate since update. Sometimes over a mile off during a 5 mile run. At least they can do is acknowledge that there is an issue and that they are working to fix it.

Ugh! I received a new fitbit after the old one was no longer tracking my heart rate properly. Now this new fitbit is nowhere near accurate with the GPS. The old one was close enough but this one is only giving me half the distance in my runs, hence my fitness score is totally wrong along with everything else. Fitbit needs to get their **ahem** together.
