I have a new versa and have had it for about a month. I also have a new Galaxy 10. My Fitbit will not stay connected. I have removed device probably 20 times. I have uninstalled app probably 10 times. I reset both daily. It might sync for an hour a day. Very frustrating. Anyone have advice?

Hi @Adamlanane, welcome to the Community Forums! Sorry for the delayed reply.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and the details that were shared in your post, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Samsung Galaxy S10 that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
Keep me posted, I'll be around if you need anything else.
