I have a Versa Lite and a Pixel 3A. I can briefly connect it to use music controls but after approximately a minute it disconnects again. From what I've read in forums this is a known issue with Android phones. Is there a plan to fix this so I don't have to reconnect every minute just to be able to shuffle through my music? At this rate I might as well keep my phone out or return my Fitbit and get a Galaxy Active 2.

Hi @Silaquix, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Are you experiencing difficulties with the notifications feature too or just with the Bluetooth Classic of your phone? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to restart your Versa Lite and then follow the steps that are specified on: Why can't I control music with my Fitbit device?
Keep me posted and let me know if you require further assistance.

I did all that and nothing helps. Like I said, based on forums posts as old as 2018 this seems to be a known and unresolved issue with the versa series connecting to Android phones. It's very frustrating because I've tried everything the answers on forums suggest and it still only connects for a few seconds and then it disconnects and completely resets so I have to start from step 1 with reconnecting it.
