Please help, I am having trouble connecting my versa lite to my Google pixel 2xl. I have tried everything, I've rest both my phone and the Fitbit many times. My phone's all up to date. Everything fully charged and versa lite is put on charge like it says.

 

Been at it for ages but I don't seem to get anywhere. Please help!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your device before posting. 

To resolve this, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Google Pixel 2XL that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.

 

Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
