My versa 2 is disconnecting from my phone all the time. Everytime I sync it, it tells me to restart my phone. Once I've done this I go back onto the app and into notifications and it tells me the same thing. It still isn't sending notifications to my fitbit. Any ideas on what I can do stop it happening?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes. And for the notifications issue, can you please let me know if you're not receiving any type of notifications on your Versa 2? Please check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? and let me know if the issue persists.

None of these are working... It connects for a short amount of time and then disconnects and won't reconnect.
