Hello,

I have used fitbit for years and years, I had a Sony xperia and I used to get what's app messages on my charge 2, I upgraded my phone to a samsung s10 and never been able to receive messages through my fitbit, I get phone calls but not what's app messages. Anyway, I'm looking to upgrade my fitbit to a versa but am concerned this still wont work. If I cant connect through my charge 2 I think I'm going to have to get a samsung watch but I love the Fitbits and will be a shame to change now. Can anyone help?

Is preview turned on for what's app? This seems to be mentioned a lot. 

Have you search the android board for the term What's app

How do you turn preview on?I have gone into all settings and just cant figure it out.
