Why is it every time I charge my Versa 4 it has connectivity issues??? I understand Google has given up on Fitbit, but that doesn't mean you have to deliver trash product and trash UI. Fitbit premium isn't worth it either

When you use the term "you" are you aware that this is a board of Fitbit users helping fitbit users?
I haven't experience this, but when I have a sync failure a restart of the Bluetooth (Turn Bluetooth off, then on) or restart phone helps.

For what the "quality" of the product is, we as consumers shouldn't have to turn this off then back on or disconnect this and re-connect it. After simply charging, it should just work, but I have to restart the fitbit, turn Bluetooth off then on, and restart my phone. That is NOT quality product for the price.
I misunderstood what this was for and thought MAYBE Google or someone there would see our issues and MAYBE try to fix it. Still think people should go elsewhere for a product and not get a Fitbit.

@Kris-B04 I have seen three pervasive issues, which were discussed here, resolved within the past two months. What assisted was consumers noting their Android OS version, app version, app device type, wearable device type and firmware/Software version in a Topic. Then when consumers opened a Support Case, they could reference that Topic.
Perhaps you could add this information and see if other consumers will contribute the same? You could also open a Case with support, sharing the same information.
