My Daily Readiness High but recommended Cardio Load is low, which is it?

Hello, I have frequent days where my Daily Readiness is high 100, telling me to go for it. But my recommended Cardio Load is low and warns me about over training. Which is it? Am I confused or is this something FitBit should rationalize between these metrics.

Your Daily Readiness score lets you know how well your body has recovered from recent activities based on your Resting Heart Rate, recent Sleep, and Heart Rate Variability. 

Your Target Load is a suggested cardio load range that you can use to guide your training. It's based on the fitness goal you set in the Cardio Load page of the Fitbit app, your Daily Readiness score, and recent activity. 

You can have a high Daily Readiness score, yet have a low Cardio Target Load range. This isn't contradictory. This means that your body is well recovered. However, due to your recent activities & where your dot is on the Your past 7 days of training bar graph on the Cardio Load page, you can have a low target range. 

You won't see a day where you have a low Daily Readiness score and a high Cardio Target Load range. The low Daily Readiness score takes precedent because it means that your body isn't ready for a strenuous workout. 

I pay attention to where my dot is on the Cardio Load bar graph and determine my workouts from there.
