Constant trouble with syncing device

Good day

I am constantly having trouble with syncing my fitbit device. Auto-sync doesn't work and it doesn't work when I manually try to sync.

I have tried to search through the forum, but no solutions I found helped. I have tried restarting my Bluetooth, restarting the app, restarting my phone, re-installing the app and a combination of each.

Device: Charge 3

Phone: Huawei P30 lite

I am having exactly the same problem. And also have a Huawei P30 lite. Have tried all that you have and still not working. Following to see if anyone has any advice. So fed up with it now. Nearly thrown it at the wall 🤣

I also can't sync and have followed the advice to restart app, restart Bluetooth, force quit app, restart phone and uninstall and reinstall the app.

Has everybody tried

Restarting and/or shutting down their phone?

Restarting their tracker, some trackers can also be shut down.

Shutting the phone off is the only way to do a hard(ware) restart 

Tried removing unneeded apps out of memory

Cleared the phones cache, or at least the Fitbit app cache

Stopped the Fitbit app through the phones settings, swiping out of memory is not enough. 

Try a sync after each step, and next time try the step that worked first
