I've tried three times to contact support.
The first time we got disconnected.
The second time we got disconnected again.
Now I can't even get back to support because it gives me a broken link every time I click contact support. I've deleted my cookies, I've logged out of my account and I still can't contact support.
Edit: I also get a missing link when I click contact support on the top left sidebar menu

I am, but like I said I can't even contact them at all!
The link, "Canada: click for options", I clicked. Clicked "Live Chat Support", and end up at a 404 page. Which says
"Sorry, that page is following a different trail.
Since it’s unavailable, step over to one of these instead:
HOME BASE
START ANOTHER Journey" and I click Start another journey and get a 404 again.
