The mobile track is not showing up on the list on my app on Samsung s20? 

It works on the latest iPhone, can anyone help please im struggling to find out why I can't get it work ive looked on here,Google and YouTube

Hi @Stacey884 This usually happens when the phone doesn't have the required hardware.

It may be that the phone doesn't support mobile track.

The mobile track was working on samsung s20 before late sept/early october fitbit update. It stopped working after that. Pls help. Ive uninstalled the app and aslo tried to reinstalled the mobile track. Still not working.
