I am using the fitbit charge 3 and have a samsung 10 but the contacts aren't showing. Since contacts weren't showing I tried to add my friend through email but it is not showing them as my friend. How can I get my contacts to work?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? Does this occur only in the Fitbit app or you're unable to add a friend on the Fitbit.com dashboard too? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps:
- Force quit the Fitbit app.
- Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
- Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
- Reboot your mobile device.
- Reinstall the Fitbit app.
- Login using your account credentials.

Hello thank you for your reply. It has been happening since I got the app which was the end of December and since then it has been happening. I have allowed all permissions for contacts but the app keeps saying no contacts found. I am not able to add friends through fitbit.com either. I tried your suggestions of uninstalling the app, restarting my phone and reinstalling it but that did not work.

I recently upgraded to versa 2 and it say no contacts found
