  • #1 There is a tile in the mobile app Today to log core Temps and symptoms and to display them in a graph. Logged temps do not appear in the graph.
  • . #2 On the Versa 3: Today, Core Temperature, Log, +/- save. This temp does not appear in the mobile app log.
  • #3 Continuing down from #2, find "for more core... open the Fitbit mobile app". Tapping Open results in a notification on your mobile phone: "Today: See more core temperature data tap to open" This takes you to a place to enter temps and display them in a graph. The temps logged from the Versa 3 +/- also appear here but not in the mobile app tile in Today.
  • #4 Please bring together the Core Temps on the mobile app with those on the Versa 3 and fix the failure to graph the temps on the mobile app.
  • #5 Versa 3 v. 36.128.6.12, Galaxy S21 Ultra, Android 12, Fitbit v. 3.53

Hi@cawolfe39 - in addition

  • #6 Core Temperature can be entered in the Fitbit App and recorded to 2 decimal places but only one decimal place shows.
  • #7 On the baseline graph there is no indication of what the baseline temperature is.
  • #8 On a Versa 3 Today app Core temp, while you can log temp [to only 1 decimal place] it says

"For more Core temperature data, open the Fitbit mobile app + Turn on Fitbit App notifications permissions"

  • Although all permissions are on, there is no indication why this message appears, especially as syncing, call and notifications are all working including for the Fitbit app.
