I wish I can honestly just get a response from Fitbit. I have sent this over in so many forms of feedback with no acknowledgement. I have spent weeks troubleshooting this and have absolutely confirmed by recreating steps that there is an issue with data syncing over their API. Before I receive the canned response: I have cleared the cache on the app, force closed it, restarted my phone, and the issue is still there.

@throughhiker1 It's nice to see you around.
Thanks for the screenshots provided and all the troubleshooting steps tried prior to posting. I understand how frustrating this has been and I'm sorry for any inconveniences this has caused. I'd like to share with you that this issue has been reported to our team and they're currently working on bringing a resolution as soon as possible.
In the meantime, please make sure the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version as you've been doing so far.

I'm having exactly the same problem brought on by some sort of bad interaction with the Peloton app. I'm guessing that my exercise data has been corrupted. If I go back in time viewing my exercises, there's a point at which the data can be retrieved.
This is incredibly frustrating. I'm a stroke survivor and I rely on Fitbit exercise tracking to give me data on my recovery.

Lizzy,
Is it possible to have exercise data for my account purged from a particular date forward? I would prefer to not lose data, but it's important that I resolve this problem.
Ideally, I'd like someone to look at my exercise data and look for bad entries. I can provide a date range.
