You have to set yourself certain healthy eating rules:
Emphasise vegetables, fruit, whole grains, and fat-free or low-fat dairy products. Include lean meats, poultry, fish, beans, and eggs in your diet. Limit saturated and trans fats, sodium, and added sugar. Also, cooking your meals a few days in advance helps a lot. It saves a lot of time, keeps you on track, and you don’t get to make impulsive decisions regarding what to eat. I use Foil bags to store my pre-made meals (https://72hours.ca/collections/mylar-bag-pouches), but you can use anything that will keep it fresh.

Have an awesome day and stay safe! Regards.
