Cricket Wireless not able to sync with Mobile Data

I know many Cricket users are not able to sync or log on using mobile data. Has anyone had any luck with Fitbit or Cricket fixing this? I understand it's a Cloudflare issue. I would just like an ETA on this as I do not have WIFI to use and thus not able to sync at all!

P.S. yes, I have tried clearing cache, restarting phone, uninstalling and reinstalling app, and using wifi. The app only works on WIFI. I know it is an app/Cricket issue.
