Custom Foods are missing from the list and removed from historical tracking

When I go to add a custom food, my entire list of custom foods is empty.
All of the custom foods I created and tracked are also missing from my historical tracking. 
This means that all of my calorie tracking is now incorrect.

I am on an android device.  I have the newest version of the application.  I have stopped and restarted the app.
