I got my fitbit Inspire Hr less than a month ago and I've been using the fitbit app since then. Loved it so far but this morning, I realized that the app hasn't been saving all the nutritional data I log in for my custom foods. For example, I wanted to save almonds for breakfast. I checked the nutrition facts and saw there was only the calorific value and potassium when I clearly remember adding the amounts of fat, carbs, proteins, fibers etc as well. So I edit the custom food, type in all the nutrition data and save it. But when I open the app again after a while and click on the nutrition facts, it's all gone! I do it 5 times more but the same happens.

Hi @Smileygal13, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry for my delayed response.
Thanks for letting me know that the information logged in the Fitbit app doesn't stay correctly, as well for your efforts while working on this. May I know your phone's model and Android version? Also, is the Fitbit app updated to the 3.1 version?
If you've not done so, I'd recommend to try the following steps:
On your phone’s settings, tap on Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Clear Cache.
Then, go back to the previous screen and tap on “Force stop”.
Keep me posted.
