Did you mean:

Customize "Water Quick Add" Default Values

I use the Fitbit app to set and track my daily water intake. In the many years I've used the Fitbit app, one annoyance is to manually enter the number of ounces based on my water bottles (10 or 20 oz).

Feature Request (in the form of an Agile User Story):

As an Fitbit Android App user, I want to customize my water intake "Quick Add For Today" default values so that I can actually add my water intake... wait for it... QUICKLY!

Thanks for pointing me in the direction of the Feature Suggestion Board, @SilviaFitbit! It turns out this feature was requested in 2015, and at least 1430 others have taken the time to share their feedback. 😉 Since it's only been 6 years so far, I can't wait until it makes it in the app!

@Fit5abi Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for sharing your feedback, we're always striving to improve our services offered.

I see where your disappointment is coming from. If you have a Fitbit smartwatch, you could install Hydrate or Water Log on your watch, this way you'll be able to customize the Quick Add Water sizes. If you'd like that this could be a feature in the future, post your idea in our Feature Suggestion board, those are reviewed by our team and the status will change depending on Fitbit plans.

Hope to see your idea on the board.

I'd like to be able to set a common water amount (mine is 12oz) but I'm OK with the current situation.  However I would like to see the water log updated so that when you tap on any individual log entry it tells you the time that the water intake was entered, not just the date.

Drive eight bottle of water a day and you get eight entries in the water log and they all just say the same date, not the actual time.  Documenting the time that the users drink would be much more helpful than just telling them that they drank today.

WOW, thank you SO MUCH for mentioning that I can enter Oz values manually!! I had no idea I could do that!  (facepalm)

( Just never noticed that there was a field up there into which a specific number of ounces could be entered! )
