Hi everyone, I have a Charge 5 and in the heart section I don't see the value of cardio fitness. Some say you have to go to the end of the page but nothing. The app is up to date so I wouldn't know what the problem is. Just as there is no daily readiness/recovery score, the feature that should also be available to users without a subscription.I've read that you have to wear the device for 7 nights to get the first score but I've done that and can't find any value on the daily recovery. What would be the problem?

Hello @SunsetRunner

By any chance, are you an international user? The reason I ask is several international users were having the same problem of not seeing their Daily Readiness score or their VO2 max information in the app.

One user discovered that they could see the missing information when they changed the language for the Fitbit app to English. Until recently, the information would disappear when they changed the app back to their native language.

Several of the users have reported in the last couple of days that they still see the information now when they change the language for the app to English, then back to their native language. Please try this and let us know if it works for you.

Hi, I am Italian, I have tried changing the language in the smartphone settings and the VO2 max appears in the heart section but not the daily readiness score. I don't know why

Hello @SunsetRunner

The Daily Readiness score changed with the recent Fitbit app update. This page explains how the Daily Readiness score is calculated (<-- click link)

It seems like the algorithm may be taking some time before it starts calculating your Daily Readiness score and displaying it in the app. I've seen some users report that the app says it needs 7 days of data to calculate the readiness score, but then see the score before the 7th day.

After following Fitbit Support's suggestions (exit the app, force lock the app, restart the phone etc) not only do I still have no Daily Readiness score and vo2 max value but now the notification management setting in the app has also disappeared. There is no point in using Fitbit with these constant problems. I give up
