Daily calories burned incorrect

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.
For the past week, every single day my 'Calories burned' reads '1,497'. Regardless of how many steps I've taken, or how many active minutes I've had. What has happened? This is grossly inaccurate and I am no longer able to monitor whether I am expending more energy than I am consuming. Extremely frustrating. Anyone else noticed this problem?

Here her! I dont need a WEEKLY AVERAGE to start. I need what I had before which is CALORIES IN and CALORIES out.   Whoever made this change is an IDIOT and the continued BAD DECISIONS for changes to your product is getting it ever closer to the garbage can.  Im due for a new device but the recent changes make me NOT WANT TO SPEND THE MONEY as FITBIT is rapidly becoming a highly overpriced pedometer.........if the device and the app do not do what i need them to do(count calories, keep up with fitness issues etc) then it does me no good and then I dont need it anymore.....
