Daily exercises not matching app calendar

I try to exercise everyday and I like to use the calendar to track it. A few app updates ago it doesn't accurately put a dot on every calendar day.  For example if I go on a walk for 7 days in a row The app will say that I exercised 7 out of 7 days but might only show 3 dots on the calendar days and 3 lines of data underneath. If I log out and back in it will show completely different dots on the calendar days but maybe more or less.

I've chatted with support, deleted account and created it again, uninstalled the app and reinstalled with no change to this issue. I was told it would be escalated months ago and have never heard from anyone.

If I log into the website every day is accounted for there.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks for the reply, I'm not sure we're talking about the same thing. This isn't the hourly activity goal, it's the number of days exercise tab where it lists the exercise you did line by line below the calendar. It shows the exercise, average heart rate, zone mins, etc with a dot on the calendar for that day.

Any updates on this?  It appears to not be working again.  It’s killing my vibe and a competition!

@SunsetRunner Thanks for clarifying the issue and sorry for the misunderstanding.

@SunsetRunner @Thereasa If your exercises are not being assigned properly to the section below, please be aware that our team has recently released a new version of the Fitbit app (3.52.1 iOS and 3.52 Android). For instructions on how to check your current version and update, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I update the Fitbit app?".

So on the android fitbit app, when going to the exercise section it doesn't show the full amount of exercise for the month. To actually show that information you have to scroll down the screen repeatedly for each day and then go back to see the calendar form to see what days have been done.

Is there any timeline on getting this bug fixed?

The app has sporadically started dropping historical exercise data. It began maybe in the summer? It says that you worked out 4 or 4 days but only has 2 events in the list. It does not matter whether you add it yourself or it auto tracked. No rhyme or reason to which ones get dropped. Tried to attach photo example but they would not upload

Thanks for your reply, I have a series of screenshots.

The first is the start, then scroll down a week, back to the top, scroll back down more, then back to the top.

Followed by closing and then reopening the app.

@SunsetRunner @jay.t.dryden @Thereasa before going any further, could you please tell me if you tried scrolling all the way down and then back up to see if the exercise calendar refreshes?

Yes but when I scroll down it only refreshes partial data, it might add some more days but not 100% accurate.
