It seems impossible to stop inspire 2 from giving m2 random zone minutes when I am not exercising. I tried chat with customer support and they said to reboot it by connecting to charger. However it is still giving me zone minutes when nit exercising. Does anyone have any help? I have been with fitbit fir several years and got my inspire 2 last spring. It was working fine until they added zone minutes feature. Will value any advice so I'd don't have ti switch to some other device

O am having same problem with inspire randomly giving me zone e minutes when I am not exercising. It's very unnerving because itv.akes me think my heart rate is thatbhigh for that long but it's not!

What is your heart rate like during these periods, could it be that the heart rate is off?

My heart rate cannot be that high during those times. I think heart rate measures ok most times.  These high zone minutes were making me think my heart rate may be that high but that is not possible.  The zone minutes don't show up on the Pp and I don't check all the time. So I don't know when it is giving these and am not checking heart rate at that time. But it's a lot of zone minutes when I am sitting and working or watching tv!TV!! Thanks for your help

My appbused to show same items and icons as the app. However app now does jot show heartbeat and some others. Device is also showing unrealistic zone minutes at rest but some minutes don't show in app expect after exercise. Very frustrated

I have been posting about this and am very upset. I am getting zine minutes at absurd times when i am sitting around and sometimes a lot if them. Yesterday u git 54 zone minutes. Is there any way to remove this from my device? It is causing me health and well being problems instead of helping them as I worry my heart rate is high

 I have used fitbit fir several years and hate to have to discard it because if this. Please advise. I have tried wearing the band at different places. When I watch ot the heart rate count is fine so I font know what is happening. Please help
