My daily form index rarely exceeds 65, even though I sleep well and sufficiently (my sleep index is 85 to 90) and the other parameters are within the normal range. How does it look for you? Are there other variables that influence the daily form index?

After doing some research I figured this one out.
It's the daily readiness score.
Having a daily readiness score in that moderate range is good. You don't want it too low because that means your body is super stressed, either from doing too much exercise or from other outside factors, and you also don't want it too high because then that means you're not doing anything or very little exercise/activity. In the middle is definitely where you want to be.
The daily readiness score looks at your HRV, resting heart rate, sleep efficiency, and recent exercise.
@dilalbil6 I am not aware of a feature called "form index". Can you clarify what you mean by that term?
You have posted on the board for the Public Preview of the new app version. Are you using the Public Preview? Are you an Android or iOS user?

@amymurray122 thank you for your help.
@dilalbil6 I noticed that you also posted this on Reddit. Your profile there indicates that you are a European Android user. That means that you are not using the Public Preview. I moved this thread to the Android App board.
