Dashboard information doesn't match

Wondering why my dashboard information doesn't match up. Example: dashboard says I slept 10 hours but when opened  shows 9 hours.  All other info matches, such as start and end times. Only happens occasionally.

Thanks for the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device you're currently using to sync your Fitbit? Also, when was the first time you experienced this uncommon situation and how many times since then? For a better understanding, can you please send me some screenshots? (You can refer to this post to do so). In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date
  4. Reboot your mobile device
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app
  6. Login using your account credentials
  7. Let me know if the issue persist

Samsung Galaxy S10+. Can't do a screenshot of the info on the dashboard as it disappears once the day has ended, but if it happens again, I will. Doing an uninstall will erase my history, correct? Not a big enough deal to lose all that info. It's happened twice, yesterday and once previously but can't recall the date.
