Dashboard stopped showing my steps

I have the latest Android 2.43 version but since it has updated it is now not syncing with my Fitbit Alta, but it is syncing with my other apps (myfitnesspal and endomondo) and still showing the steps on the computer just not on the app itself. Is this something that they are working to fix? I have uninstalled and reinstalled but it didn't help, saying last synced Monday 13:08. Thanks!

@Juicy_Julie82, I am not sure "this something that they are working to fix" since there haven't been a lot of posts about this problem. I have never seen this on mine.  Did you restart you phone after the Fitbit app updated to version 2.43? You might also open your phone Settings, Apps, Fitbit and Clear Cache and Data, then Force Stop the app.  Then reopen the app and see if it refreshes the data.

A warm welcome to the Forums @Juicy_Julie82 and @USAF-Larry thanks for stopping by.

Are you sure your tracker is paired? If you are not seeing in the upper right corner an Alta icon it means that your tracker is not paired and to set it up, you just need to do the following from your Android Fitbit app:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Woman Happy
