Data discrepancy between device and app

Hello!

So these days I have been experiencing issues with things such as connecting my phone to fitbit device and after I have fixed the issue. 

My phone and fitbit device stated to have different information. (Example: iin the app it said that I was moving for 150 minutes, while on the fitvit device that I didn't move, vice versa)

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and the details that were shared in your post, seems odd that your Fitbit app and device are behaving in such way. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Which mobile device are you using and which Fitbit device as well? I suggest you to restart your Fitbit following the steps that are specified on our help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device? and then, troubleshoot the Fitbit app with the following ones:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.
