I bought a new phone, logged in yesterday to my fitbit account but it seems all the previous data is lost. What can I do?

@ValentinaC15, the most probable cause of that is because you logged into the app on the new phone with a different email address than you did on the old one. All of your data is stored on the Fitbit server under the email address you used to create your original account, and will be downloaded to the app when you log on with that email address.
