I now have 2.... charger HR. First one froze and gave up on switching on and off.both phone and watch.NOW the second one has lost the past syncing data,really annoying. There are better product and services in market now.I am about to abort.

As I mentioned, there is absolutely no reason for the data to have disappeared like that. Is there any possibility that you created a new account by accident? Did you switch phones around July 5th? Perhaps you entered the wrong email address or something similar when getting into the account from a new phone.
I'd recommend that you try to log out from your account and then try to log back in. That way you can make sure that you are entering the proper email address.
