My Fitbit app seems to sync the data from my Surge but isn't saving it. I've tried turning the Surge off, reinstalled the app...... I just can't get it to work. I've got a weeks worth of data that won't save. Any suggestions of how to fix it?

1. Check if it has indeed finished a sync recently. On the fitbit dashboard, click your tracker icon. The next page shows the last time your tracker synced. If it shows that it has not synced for several days, that is your problem. Ignore 2 and 3.
2. What precisely do you mean by the app seeming to sync?
3. What precisely do you mean by not saving the data? Where?
