It's not possible to manually set the date and time but they should set themselves whenever your fitbit syncs to your phone or computer. Does your ionic seem to be syncing ok?
It's also worth checking that your timezone is set correctly in your profile at https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile

Thank you so much for your reply and information. I will try my sync options again.
I tried my cell phone (Android) and bluetooth problems continued to show but I did have my bluetooth turned on. Do you know if my Ionic came with a wireless connection?
I probably will be writing again for tips to complete a sync.
Is it easier to do this on a computer or cell phone?
Best AnswerWant to let you know I did get my date and time when I synced my Ionic on my desktop. Now I can't get my Ionic to sync with my Android Phone.
