Well it's Daylight Savings Time change again. Of course the Fitbit time didn't change. All the time sensitive events are off 1 hour, AGAIN! Same problem at every time change. Will it EVER be fixed?

My Charge3 has the correct time but my android fitbit app synced ahead 2 hours. Nothing I do is fixing it.

I'm having the same problem with my Charge 4. Very frustrating!

As I was walking the 10 o'clock 250 steps, the fitbit buzzed, and the clock reset to the correct time. The app is still a little wonky though. At least this time I didn't loose any data. Oh well.

My online dashboard is correct hours 8-11 achieved. My app dashboard shows I've achieved hours 9-12... the clock was 11:30...

Mine is still an hour behind. I'll keep trying. Thank you!

I have the same issue.  My Charge 3 has the correct time but my android fitbit app synced ahead 2 hours, so the app is now 1 hour ahead of the phone.  How is it an app doesn't simply get its time from the phone? Nuts!

Today is a new day and the time on the heart rate is accurate again.  Yesterday I force stopped the app cleared the cache then restarted my phone.  But I have no idea if that had anything to do with correcting it.  Most likely it cleared with the new date last night.

Thanks for saying that! My fitbit app wasn't synced with my phone. For
some reason, my phone doesn't know I'm home, so I had to turn off the
automatic time zone, and choose the one I'm in. I just did the same thing
with my fitbit app, and it synced with my Charge 4!!! Yay! I was so
frustrated! Thank you again!
