Inspire 2 syncing difficulty with Samsung 2017 tablet

Fitbit app loaded on my Samsung 2017 tablet takes forever to sync with my inspire2.  I have to logout then login to dashboard fron my laptop/computer, then login to the app again before anything is updated. Or all i get is the pairing message.  All that is a pain it seems that fitbit would have a better app.
