For a week now I have been searching high and low in the fitbit app on my android system and in the help forums. I still can't find my answer. How do I get rid of the calories burned counter on my inspire 3? It is not useful for my health and fitness journey right now.

@Odyssey13 Thanks for your input.
@Beanie453 Welcome to the forums. Thanks for your post about the calorie counter on the Fitbit app and your device.
If this stat does not interest you, you can remove the tile from the Fitbit app. When you open the app and head to "Today", you can press and hold any tile. This will trigger the "edit" option. This lets you hde/add tiles to "Today". Tap on the "x" in the top right corner to hide it. This will not deactivate it though and will not remove it from the stats on your device. However, this way you will not see this information on the Fitbit app. Hope this helps!

Hi @Beanie453 you can't remove it. All you can do is ignore it.

@RodrigoMFitbit when I do this, the counter goes away for a moment and then repopulates. Is there updated guidance on removing this tile permanently from my "today" view? Thank you!

Yes, this happens to my Girlfriend's Fitbit App. I'm a returning user and I'm able to disable it on my app, however it doesn't work for hers.
We would try to edit the calorie burner off and select done. But then the fitbit would sync and the calorie burner tile pops back up.
The general layout is also a little different in comparison. We both have iphones, however my interface looks different from hers. My profile info is located on the left and hers is located on the right.
Please help.

@Vfoley40 Welcome to the forums. Thanks for the explanation, that is not normal. However, this seems to be a general issue affecting several users.
@Ahnu Welcome to the forums. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. It seems your girlffriend already logged in with Google and you may have not migrated yet. The interface for Google account users is a bit different from the older one. That is the reason you spot a difference. Please note that this is a general issue that has been reported already. As soon as we learn more about it, I will get back to you guys! I appreciate your patience,.
