Dear FitBit: Ability to change/edit Name AND Username whenever we want

I have been using this app since September of 2021.
I have NEVER been able to ADD a username through the android app.
And, quite frankly, I don't understand the 60 day thing whatsoever.
There is absolutely no reason why we shouldn't be able to edit/adjust our name/username info whenever we want...as many times as we want. Why does FitBit care what we call ourselves, anyway? Doesn't make any sense. And heaven forbid, you make a typo with your name...yeah, you're stuck with that for 60 days. Sorry, but the name/username timeframe policies are ridiculous to me.

Hi, @LizLizzard_FL! Two suggestions - first, I would try to do this through the web interface. Second, if that doesn't work, try getting in touch with Fitbit Support directly. Good luck!

Ohhhh, I have already brought this issue to support multiple times.
I highly doubt anything will happen from me posting about this; but who knows, maybe if enough people upvote it, MAYBE FitBit will get rid of their name & username changing policy, and let us do it as often as we want/whenever we feel like it; instead of 60 days.
Let alone the fact that I've NEVER been able to ADD a username myself (which is through the app only, not the website) and choose it as the display name...and they are "unable to edit any of our profile/account information for us due to security protocols".
But again, I doubt anything will happen from this.
(Just like the whole big thing with dark mode...look at HOWWW many people have requested and asked about having dark mode!?!...And NOTHING.)
