While realizing my timers no longer sync between my fitbit and phone, I spent the last 2 days trying to fix just for google AI to tell me there will be no more of this, I have to buy pixel hardware that is not yet even for sale to continue using after feb.

I've done all those things for TWO HOURS trying to sync... I'm extremely unhappy that the update disconnected my Charge 6 from my phone.

I'm having a similar issue. Everything was fine, and then the app stopped syncing because it wanted to update the charge 6. Now it won't work at all. The fitbit won't sync to my phone, I've done all the uninstalling and restarting. It's ridiculous.

Please confirm that you already try to perform the steps listed in the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
In addition, make sure you are using the latest version of the Fitbit app: How do I use the Fitbit app?
